NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

The NDIS Commission regulates NDIS providers and works to improve the quality and safety of supports and services for people with disabilities. Resources are available for providers (registration, code of conduct), workers (orientation module, code of conduct), and participants (worker screening, finding registered providers).

UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs: Social Development Issues

The UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs' Division for Inclusive Social Development (DISD) addresses various social development issues, including ageing, civil society engagement, and the role of cooperatives. The Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC) in Western Australia works to eliminate discrimination and prejudice, offering resources like a 2025 calendar and educational programs. They investigate and conciliate discrimination complaints, referring unresolved cases to the State Administrative Tribunal, with a 12-month limitation on complaint filing.
