Job Description

Services we provide our clients:

  • In home support
  • Community access
  • Activities of daily living to assist the participants achieve their personal goals
  • Assisting our clients in their day to day lives to empower them to maintain their emotional, physical and social needs.
  • Personal domestic activities such as
    • Meal prep
    • Gardening
    • Cleaning
  • Recording of progress notes after each completed service to be done under the client’s profile on ShiftCare.

Provided

  • Full training in both software used by the company to keep records:
    • ShiftCare for all your client’s communications
    • Employment Hero for all HR matters between yourself and the company and to complete NDIS Modules training that are required to be obtained before starting work with OCD Brilliance.
  • Norwex Induction of products and cloths we use to assist in our client’s homes.
